Big O Tires

My father recommended Big O's of Havasu to me and he was absolutely correct. Good customer service, friendly service and a repair that I took to the dealership twice was repaired in an hour.

Only thing that bothers me is the coupon days 16.99. My oil change cost 54.00🤷🏾🙄. I'm sure I'll get a reason why. But that should be stated before hand.

The intake person was very friendly. I stated I had concerns about the sensors as they go off at higher elevations. He did a walk around noting the sensors were good and offered to purge all tires and reload with nitrogen and explained the value of doing so. I promptly agreed to the purge. Originally, I thought i would have to replace the sensors, but he took the time with me to test each one. I very much appreciated the discussion regarding the sensors as we walked around the vehicle. He explained things very thoroughly. I appreciated that he just wasn't about selling me sensors I did not need but thoroughly checked the issue out before making his recommendations.

Had a "road hazard" failure in a boat trailer tire with less than 100 miles on it. These guys really know how to take care of their customers. Creative solution that saved a lot of time and money. Thanks so much.

Simply had a slow leak in a tire that was noticed in the afternoon. Was able to take it in and had it repaired. We have been long customers of Big O and will continue to be. Always receive outstanding service.
