Came in with no appointment for a slow leak on a tire. Tire was repaired in 40 minutes and their was no charge. I was just passing through Lake Havasu and never purchased from this store. THANKS

I was in this past week with a tire loosing air. They were very busy, was told it would be 1 hr or 1.5 hr and they worked there charm I was out within an hour with a fix from a screw. Great Jo!

Service was exceptional

David checked tires and agreed I should replace with new tires. He explained the pros on the replacement of valve stems and benefit of alignment as well. I didn't have appointment, they had me done and on my way in approx 2 hours. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lucky to have these gentlemen at our store.

Always the best service. Entire Big O staff is friendly and professional. The store is clean and fun. I've never had to wait to long for anything. The staff always checks on you if you wait for your vehicle. Just the best team!
