The lake Havasu City crew is a very responsible bunch of people. Always able to solve any tire/wheel/alignment problems that I have.

All associates that I spoke to were extremely helpful and professional, I was very satisfied with the service, having brought into utility tires to be mounted it just happened to be that I was short $2 which they adjusted for me in lieu of walking back to my vehicle to look for change or using my bank card. I accidentally made my appt for Next Fri instead of this Fri. They still got me in with only 30min delay. Did unexpected free tire rotation as well. Amazing customer service from all three gentlemen that worked with me and what I saw all staff providing to the overly crowded indoor/outdoor waiting areas full of customers. Friendly and fast! Handles unique situations well for best customer experience.

The customer service is always first class. I depend on them to do maintenance oil and lub service on my vehicles. Recently one of my vehicles had left an oil leak spot on my garage floor.I took the car in for a regular oil change. The service man put my car on the lift and showed me where had replaced the leaking gasket and thoroughly cleaned the area. I am very pleased with their quality of work and the costs are fair and reasonable!

Worked with Bruce at the Lake Havasu City store. As usual, Bruce was extremely helpful and was able to get a new trailer wheel with tire mounted by the next morning. I will continue to have all of my service done at Big O.
