I have been a customer of Big O Tires here in Havasu since they opened. The employees are always so respectful, kind, helpful and courteous. They go out of their way to notify me when service is due on any of my vehicles. They answer all my dumb questions. It’s like taking my vehicles to their home away from home.

Was unable to fix my tire as the puncture was on the side wall, but check out the tires for no charge which I though was a super nice gesture!!

Todd and his crew got me and my Tundra truck in and out with a full oil change, rotation, and balance in less than an hour!!! That is super service considering we all have busy schedules.

Had a leak in my tire and needed them rotated. Called for time and they were quick.

There was a slow leak in one of the tires. They removed the nail and fixed it in record time.
