Brought vehicle in at appointment time, took vehicle right away for service, performed work professionally, another great experience.

I have lived in Havasu for almost 2 years, and have always done business with you, purchasing new tires for my Camaro, etc. I had an almost flat tire a couple of mornings ago, so I stopped by your Big O store. I was met in the parking lot by a nice young man (I think his name was Zach), and was told they'll get it taken care of. About 45 minutes later, Victor came in and said "Sue, you're all taken care of!"� Over the summer, I got to know Victor, as I had a problem with my new tires losing air (but it seems to have taken care of itself now). Anyway, he always took care of me, and always with a smile on his face...very nice young man. It's important to me to do business with a company that I can trust, so thank you for your excellent work, and your professional, courteous and friendly staff.

I had a screw in my tire. I went in to the store. It was clear it was a very busy place of business. Even though it is a busy place they were very professional and courteous. They took care of my tire in a very efficient manner.

You did a fine job om my jeep, great customer service and good quality work.

Check in was simple. The waiting area was okay, but had enough seats and refreshments. The wait was very quick. I did not receive the cost for the service prior to receiving it but I also did not inquire about it. I had a tire alignment done but my steering still pulls right. Would be nice to receive a tire tread inspection with this service as that is the last culprit. Overall, great.

Once again Chris came through. I had an unusual request to test fit some custom wheels. My son bought new wheels for his lifted Tacoma and gave me his old set of black Fuel 17" wheels. I wanted to see if they would fit on my wife's stock Sequoia. I had recently bought new tires from Big O for the Sequoia and thought the new wheels would be a nice addition. Chris test fit the wheels before mounting and charged me the bare minimum to mount and rebalance the tires. I'm sure most places would have told me they wouldn't fit and then try and sell me a new set of wheels. The guys did a great job and Chris was awesome communicating to me the details. Exceptional customer service seems to be lacking these days but not at Big O (Lake Havasu City). I'm very pleased with how I was treated and charged and will certainly be back when I'm shopping for tires again. These guys rock and I highly recommend them. Thanks Chris and crew!!!!
