I love my Big O, Lake Havasu City, AZ!!!! The service writer got right to me, very polite. I thought I needed a part replaced (I was in for an oil change and tire rotation) and he advised me the part must be ordered, so call ahead before my next service is due and they will have the part. Work was done in a timely manner and I am very pleased.

Employees very understanding when I couldn't make it for my appointment due to no tow truck being available to bring my car. When I showed up the next day to buy my tires they had them waiting and put them in the bed of my truck for me. Check out was easy and I was out of there with my new tires in no time.

As usual, your staff went above and beyond in getting me taken care of. Bruce and the boys outside were very helpful, and got me on the road again in no time! I came in to replace two worn tires. I have always had good experiences with Big O in Lake Havasu City. One more great job, well done. All of the staff were good and everything went along as expected with no problems or difficulties.

Only place I go. Have bought all tires for both cars there. I have run flats and they have them in one day and installed. Best service ever.
