Came in on a Tuesday around 1 pm to have a slow leak repaired on my truck. I purchased the tires here back in February with the Road Hazard Warranty. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They got my truck in within 30 minutes and it was done soon after. The young man who repaired my tire was very kind and explained to me what he had found (Small Leak) and how he repaired it with the Patch/Plug. Great service as before, I'll be back.

I have been a client since 2006 and have all my family vehicles maintained through Big-O in Havasu because they are always friendly, easy to communicate with and perform to the best of their abilities.

After being told I have a shock leaking and finding out the quote would have liked to see the shock leak, determine how serious and yes I’m going to shop around for pricing.

Had a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially Ray the shuttle driver. I spoke to Bruce over the phone and he went over everything with me. When I came in and sat down with him he explained options and was extremely helpful. Definitely will be back

Th e only problem was the tire pressures. As high as 56 PSI and as low as 35 PSI
