Big O Tires

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Had an appointment and was in and out in good time and very professional service.

Bruce and David helped me out this time. They both know me by my first name and did a great job helping me get my car serviced. I believe it's the employees that are most responsible for me returning to this Big O location.

Trust these people completely with all of my car needs. Don't feel I'm being unsold services I don't need.

I called. they accommodated the time I had available. The car was done when they said it would be. everyone was nice. It was a straightforward process.

i just had a slow leak on one of my tires. The service man found the bead leaking and made the repair. In addition he explained what he found, plus cleaned all the wheels and tires on my RAM pick up. Outstanding job! I'll be back soon for shocks and new brakes!

I have lived in the Lake Havasu City area for 2 1/2 years and own several vehicles where getting a nail in a tire is a common occurrence. I stopped in Big-O one day and tire was checked repaired no cost. That enough to bring me back. This time I could not repair the tire and needed a new one. Zach told me we can have one the next morning and he did. Called me on the Golf course and said the tire was in. On my way home I stopped by and the tire was replaced. Great job Zach, I will be coming in as the need arise. Thanks!
