Bruce was great! I appreciated his knowledge, his professionalism, and his kindness. He had to contact your customer relations department for me (I had a warranty on tires that were purchased at another tire store within the Tire Kingdom) and that call took some time; he also had to order a new tire for me which came the next day, right on time as expected. I really appreciated such great customer service! I also felt that your entire crew demonstrated a lot of respect for one another, as I watched them talk or help one another behind the counter. This is very important to me as a customer. This tells me that the crew works as a team and that, together, they will ensure that I am well taken care of. Excellent service all around! I purchased tires online for my utv. I took them to Big O and salesman said I need different rims to perform properly. So he hooked me up with the right equipment and ordered and then installed once they arrived. Billy was extreamly helpful during this process.

I have been going to Big O Tires for over 10 years. I am treated well every time I come. I am informed of what needs to be done to my vehicle, but never pushed into anything. I recommend Big O to everyone I know. Love you guys!

I can't say enough how grateful I am to have found a new shop that I completely trust and value. Mechanics like a good Dr. can be very difficult to find and trust and is a relationship that can take years to build; Big O Tires earned my trust in no time at all!! They ensured I received promotional offers giving me the best quality for the lower cost; they ensure I know what services my vehicle needs before it is due giving me ample time to ensure those funds are available when the time comes; the number one thing on top of all the other essential ones is that they smile and are happy to see me when I come in. There are fake smiles, considerate smiles but they give you the full fledged ear to ear grin which makes what would be a typically not be such a pleasant trip to a pretty great day - thank you all so much again for all you do and for making it fun!
