Patched a leaking tire thanks to a screw stuck in the threads. Good as new. You guys are great!

Easy To get into. Great location! Fantastic service guy, from the phone call, desk registration and service man. Love the waiting room wit free water, tv on both sides, vending, magazines and newspapers.

I picked up an allen wrench in my tire on my, 06 Tahoe. pulled it off and took it in to the store. They said it would be about a couple of hours. We left and went shopping for the week and within the 2 hours they called, it was ready. Went in to pay and they said no charge - they plugged and patched the hole. thanks so much. Service great...

A word of CAUTION and WARNING to ANYONE considering going to BigO tires in Lake Havasu City AZ. BEWARE, of courteous and polite service. (that's how they get you) BEWARE, of men and women who talk to you in a way that is understanding yet not condescending. BEWARE, of honesty and integrity (something that has almost become extinct in the business world) BEWARE, of them giving out free services like fixing flats, computerized accurate spin balancing and rotating of your tires, checking your air pressure.(but I can't believe they do this for everyone. I must be special) BEWARE, of their ability to fix brakes, air conditioning, alignment issues, and probably a dozen more things that I can't think of, all for the purpose of keeping your car safe and reliable and helping it to last longer. Why would anyone want that. It makes no sense!! BEWARE, of driving out of the parking lot of BigO tires in Lake Havasu and noticing that you have a smile on your face.(they got you)

I had a air leak in my rear tire. Stopped in to get it repaired. They were very busy but said they would help me out but could take a couple of hours. However they offered to take me home and pick me up. Fortunately we borrowed a friends car and didn't need a ride. When my truck was ready they called and we picked it up. I had a nail in the tire. They gave me the invoice and they told me there would be no charge. When ever my truck needs tires etc I know where I will be going. Not many places like this any more. Unbelievable. Thank you.
