Great service

We have used Big O for multiple vehicles for several years. We always get great service and at a fair price.

Every thing went great , everyone was very personable

It was just a very smooth process

I love this place. It the only place I will go for tires or repair. - Now if they only did smog. lol

Billy got me in quickly I have taken 3 of my vehicles there in the past month or so.

Computers were down, one 1 person had the common sense to just write things down. Everyone else was waiting.

Easy scheduling. On time and quickly done.

I took my trailer tire into Big O, as it had a slow leak. The tire was immediately repaired, AND at no charge. Zack and David got me in and out in less than 1/2 hour, and they were busy! Even though Big O had the opportunity to charge me excessively, they did NOT! As a tourist, I appreciate that. The tire Tech even carried the tire into my truck. It's nice to see that customer service still exists in places. Thank You, Big O!!

I got there at 5:45 PM and you guys close at six and you guys were able to change my tire put a new tire on and got me back on the road was much appreciated I then had another flat tire the next day and they were able to get me again the new tire and back on the road. The service was awesome and highly appreciated

Would like to receive discount coupon postcards, I have not been getting them lately.

My experience with my Big O has always been pleasant. I know the team will always address my car issues with me in a way that shows their concern is just as important to them as it is to me. Being an older woman, I trust them and I have never felt like they were trying to 'sell me' on more work. I like the friendly, honest feel I get at my Big O! Thanks to all the team!

Very personable experience even tho this particular store is crowded from open til close. The manager (Shawn) was very helpful in helping cut costs with alternative methods including mail-in, and in-store rebates.
