I went in Friday 12/4/15 for a rotation. Place was packed. I was out of there in about 30 minutes. This is the only Big O store I will go to.

The staff was more than helpful, they treated me as if I have lived there all my life. I was none to happy to be in Lake Havasu for the reasons I was there. I recently purchased 4 tires in Denver CO. and was helped right away. That being said the feeling of having found you guys in lake havasu was a welcome sight. My tires were getting old and needed to be replaced. But as with most things in life I kept putting it off. Of course coming home from work on Monday at 4 pm I got a flat tire. I stopped for air and you could hear it escaping the tire after I reinflated it. Although they close at 6pm when I called they had the tires I wanted in stock and although they were fully booked I was told to come on down and they would fit me in at the end of the day. The Big O staff had me on my way a little before 6 PM with a smile and great customer service. Thank you.

I’ve used both Big O and Discount tires. No real comparison. Big O is much better, friendlier and both explains and expedites my problem very well.
