Big O Tires

I have been bringing my car to Big O for over 3 years and I have never been disappointed. The guys are great, friendly and over the top concerned for me and my car. Very honest and trustworthy! Love this place!

Zack is amazing! Details of everything for my car. Chris at checkout was so knowledgeable and patient while we asked a million questions and explained the savings card that Zack had suggested for us. Phenomenal service!

Almost Everything was excellent. The service required two consecutive days. After the first one, there was a problem with engine shaking - enough so that I feared it wouldn't start. When I brought it back the second day the problem was corrected. An air hose had not been connected properly. Car runs better than it has in a long time.

Dropped off a tire was dismounted and mounted a tire I supplied told me it would be a few hours called me in about an hour ready for pick up went to pay and the counter person took care of it no charge definitely recommend and I will be back

He helped me choose the best tires for a good price and warranty of 80,000 miles. They installed them in a timely manner and I as a customer have had great service at this center so I recommend them to everyone.

The product I was expecting was not available but the associate recommended another option. Although the other tires were more expensive I was happy with the outcome.
