Everyone was extremely friendly, very customer focused! I was twice, once for new tires (Shawn) very helpful and knowledgeable! Then I was in for oil change....great service both times. My first trip I used the shuttle service and Ray was great! Keep up this service and kudos to all the guys that work at this business!

Frequently drove by and noticed how busy they are. Went in to make an appointment at their convenience to find out I could leave vehicle there in couple days. Took to Big O @ 7:30 a.m. and work was completed by 10:00. Very impressed!

Everything was straight-forward. Some problems with miscommunication re: Firestone credit card, but that was resolved by getting a Big-O account.

I got an alignment for my Jeep and Big O was fast and made me aware of the three year alignment instead of just the one year.

As a loyal customer of Big O I had my car towed to Big O when the alternator died in a parking lot in Lake Havasu. When my car arrived there I was contacted with the results of the inspection and given a price and told I would have my car the next day. I had my car by 1pm the following day with new alternator, oil change and checked other item on the list I asked for. Everyone was great, as always. Big O - my go to car experts.
