I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY TRUCK THERE FOR 12 YRS. WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. "BUT" THIS LAST TIME AFTER SERVICE WAS FINISHED. AND VEHICLE MOVED TO STREET. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW FUEL FILTER-? WHY WAS I NOT TOLD BEFORE IT WAS TAKEN DOWN OFF THE RACK????????????

Fast and thorough which I appreciate. I still find it odd that oil changes have went up tremendously though. What happened to a 25.00 oil change. Labor remains the same and that is what costs the most.

I went last week and had an oil change and a quick once over. As usual they were fast and efficient.

I had my tires rotated and balanced several weeks earlier. At higher speeds the steering wheel vibrated at higher speeds for the entire trip. Upon return to town, was told to come in 0730 and they'd check it out. I did and they found 2 weights had fell off rims, checked all tires, put new weights on, had me test drive it. The problem was corrected.

Got me in and out in a timely manner. I had an appt and they took me sooner.

Always a great experience, timely, job well done.
