Big O Tires

Needed one trailer tire replaced. Fast service. Installed the new tire on the trailer and we were off on the road in about an hour. Place was busy with lots of cars and people but we were promptly taken care of. Great service. The guy that put the tire on the trailer did a great job. He know what he was doing.

When my husband was alive he always was so satisfied with the service he always got from Big O and when he passed away I went into the store and told them and they assured me they would make sure to continue taking care of my vehicle. Thank you Big O I know my husband would be glad to know you keep my vehicle safe for me.

Todd was great and very helpful. He even dropped me off at an appointment so they could work on my car he went above and beyond

Checked in with Zack, who was great to work with. The problem was the High Speed Fan, which needed to be ordered. we brought the car back the next day when the part was delivered, and they had us back on the road within two hours. Couldn't be happier with the service.

The team always steps up to work on my cars. Never afraid to try something different service wise on my Audi TT and Porsche Cayman. I'll be back for an oil change and brake fluid flush later this year on the Porsche!

I have been at the location on 3 occasions in the past 3 weeks and it has been very busy each time. Surprisingly, the staff quickly addresses the customers and handles their request and moves on the next customer smoothly. On my latest visit; I had my Avalanche dropped off in the parking lot around midnight on the 30th after being towed from Barstow. I met Zach at 7:40 and ask for all 4 tires to be replaced with a comparable size and that I wouldn't be able to pick up the vehicle until Monday. Monday morning everything had been done as I had asked and the price was what he had quoted me. I paid and was on my way, all in all a very smooth operation and very little interruption on a holiday weekend for me.

The staff is incredible. They are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and caring. I love coming in and having my tire needs completely looked after. I highly recommend the Havasu location.

I made a same-day appointment at Big O tires, and the entire visit was quicker than expected. The managers and crews seem organized, communicative, and polite. The crews even caught a mistake with the type/size of my lug-nuts on my aftermarket wheel/tire setup that 2 other tire shops had missed. They never tried to upsell me, the prices were more than reasonable, and I felt confident driving away. They even have a private sitting area with wifi, where I was able to work without missing a beat. This was the easiest experience I have ever had while getting my vehicle serviced.
