I have been to big o a couple of time this year,. had a problem with my A/C and hit a curb and needed to re check the alignment. They are always friendly and eager to help you. I quit going to the local dealer big o does a better and i can count on them to do the job right the first time.p.l. carpenterlake havasu city.

Went in for my rotation and balance on a Saturday. Was out of there in 45 minutes or less. This is the only store I frequent, and it is a 40 minute drive for me. Store is always clean and staff very professional.
