I am a disabled person living on a modest fixed income. The service writer went above and beyond in finding an affordable solution to my problem on the spot. I was pleasantly surprised as just minutes I was told by The Discount Tire store in town there was nothing they could do. Great to have a vehicle I know I can count on. Thanks to all at the Lake Havasu City location

Did the job and didn't charge me

I have used this Big O Tire location for the last several years.Mostly for oil changes but also tire purchases and air in the tires..The employees are always so helpful and friendly.I would highly recommend them (and often do). They always take time to explain what needs to be done on the car but are not pushy about it.

My service was quick fast and I had a noticeable improvement in my cars drivability after the service I had requested.

Always a pleasure to deal with the friendlysales and service personnel .

My husband and I have gone to Big O since it came to our town.I am a widower now and I take both vehicles for service, tires, and rotation.I find all the men that work there friendly and helpful.I am at ease talking to Zach or Bruce or Todd any time.They pay attention to what my needs are and I feel confident that my vehicles are being maintained the way the manufacturer expects them to be.No question seems dumb to the gentlemen that wait on customers at counter.
