Big O Tires

Two thumbs up for the store! They were dealing with a flood this morning and all the employees kept a great positive attitude more pleasure to work with. I will be a forever customer now.

Ok, able to drop off car & keys, with instructions, after hours. I like to maintain all of my vehicles tires, these went in clean and came out clean. Nice. Like the added touch of Nitrogen product, bonus feature. Thanks

Everyone was so nice and I was kept up to speed on what was going on. They didn’t try to tack on other issues like some places do. They showed me my filters that needed replacing and gave me the decision of whether to change them out or not. They were very efficient and didn’t take long at all and the pricing was affordable, I didn’t feel price gouged at all. I would recommend Big O to anyone.

I was let in on a busy morning and was surprised and pleased by the low price of a blend oil change. I waited an approximate time and they also helped tack up a falling down oil shield panel which was great! I had a long drive ahead and expressed my worries. The mechanic actually explained that it was now secure. I’ve had my braked done at this Havasu AZ shop too and was highly pleased with them then. Because of offering a free rotation with my oil change, I am definitely moving over from a store that deals only with tires and has long wait times, to Big O tires, which takes care of everything all at once, yay! Now I just need to find a Big O in California where I live half the year. Thank you to all the LHC staff at Big O tires

By far the best tire shop in town, and the only one I trust with exotic wheels. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and fair. Everyone there knows there stuff, and they go above and beyond in customer service. Shawn in particular has far exceeded any (even unreasonable) expectations I could have had.

Sister had vibration problem driving to Lake Havasu. Toyota dealer in Victorville sold her 4 tires ( she needed to replace one) Car still shook. Big O checked the balance on new tires- All 4 were out of balance. Big O rebalanced All tires for Free! Just what Joan need to make her feel better.
