Big O Tires

I made a Monday appointment on line on Sunday evening.Work was accomplished very quickly.Staff was great.

Considering the 3 estimates that I got, Big O was the best price and best quality and the best service for the price. From now on Big O is the place for me to go. Also the staff was absolutly the best. I could not ask for any better service

May a an appointment gor tires and they had them in stock so we didn't have to wait days for them to come in and the day of the in still got right in and was done before we had are things done

I've been going to "Big O" in Lake Havasu City Arizona for years. I've always been treated politely, friendly, fairly and seldom had to wait for more than a few minutes for service or to have my questions answered. They have always been reliable and never had to question the services performed. I recommend their place of business highly.

My inspection was explained in detail. The items that would require attention in the future. What their status was right now and when they they should be taken care of.

The guys are awesome, they explain everything well and they check for thelittle extras that most places won't bother with. And the courtesy shuttle is a lifesaver if you have no one to give you a ride back and forth when things will take longer.

Having a damaged rim on my truck, I was in a bind , and leaving for the weekend,Chris ,Todd and Zach got me in and out ,hooked me up with a unbeatable price on rims i know this because i looked all over town first , and this isnt the first time, they have done this which is why im writing a review in todays world of bad customer service and dont care attitude the guys at Big O in Lake Havasu are a breath of fresh air

air was low in front drivers tire. Big O found a nail and repaired the tire

I needed oil change, and tires rotated. After complete car check up, had leaking radiator replaced and leaking hoses to the Air Conditioner replaced. Thank you so much for making my 2003' Nissan safer to drive.
