Big O Tires

I always am provided excellent service at Big O tires in Lake Havasu city AZ. Most of, if not all of the staff are very knowledgeable and if they are unable to answer all your questions they'll do their best in obtaining the answers from one of their co workers. They all work together well and provide awesome service I am confident they will be able to handle all mechanical needs In my cars future.

Fast and efficient throughout our visit

Zac the sales rep. did a great job with my purchase of 4 new tires.I had a quote from a big box store that he was able to beat. It saved me a 120 mile round trip and I got a free front end alinement. thanks Big Os in Lake Havasu City Az.

I went in at closing time and asked to have my tire rotated. They had other customers ahead of me waiting for their vehicles, the associate asked if I wanted to wait and I said yes and that i lived 45 minutes away. The associate contacted one of the service techs and asked if could get this done before he left and said yes. And it was done. Otherwise, I would have to have waited until the next time I came into town. Great attitude and service. Thank you Big O !

We sold our house in Havasu and moved an hour and a half away to Bullhead City but I drive all the way to Havasu the Big O in Bullhead City is horrible but the Big O in Havasu Zack and all the people that work there has taken care of me for years and that is the only place I go thank you Zak and all of you I appreciate everything you do for me and my family AL.P

The representative at the desk was very professional and discussed my choices very clearly and I was able to get next weeks sale price approved on my purchase of tires included free alignment. I think his name was Jake or something like that. A guy around 30 years old with really white straight teeth...Lol I'd love to have an employee like him working at my business!!

Big O is the best in town. Customer service and the staff is always top notch! The greatest thing about them is they listen to you. I've always felt like, hey I'm the one who drives my car I know when something is off... that is never discounted at Big O. They will do everything to be sure you have the best experience. Work is completed in a timely manner. Such a great staff!
