David was efficient and helpful with the coming needs of my car.

I like that they were able to help me fix a tire that had a screw in it at the end of the day before closing.

I had a blow out on a tire and they had t o order it. It was under warrenty but I had to pay to have it put on. I thought the warranty and and the fact that I had bought the tire there should have been put on free not $64.47 to have it put on.

Shawn ( Shane ) was really patient with me and help me figure out what was wrong with my car great employee you have there. Thank you again

Young lady at counter was nice but I had to ask all the questions,ie what did they do, what all did they ck, are there any recommendations. Nobody ck’d in with me while I was waiting. I that I changed my status to satisfied and not highly satisfied.

Had tired rotated and balanced was in and out within an hour

We thought that we had an issue with the a/c. However, the Big-O-Tire Team did an inspection and determined that all was well. Appreciate their integrity.

I started to do the wheel bearings on my fifth wheel when I ran into some questions about some of it.So I took my hub and bearing to Big O for advice they took the time right then to look at what I had told me I needed a new hub do to the ware on mine so I decided to turn the job over to them.So I made an appointment for the following Monday.They got all the work done that day.They did recommend new brakes also so those where also replaced.The quote Zach gave me on the phone didn’t change a bit very satisfied now I know it was done right.
