Your service was a little slow because of the amount of people that were there getting their services but other than that they did a wonderful job and there was no cost to me which was a surprise a pleasant one at that definitely big O has done a good job with customer service

They completed a front brake job and turned the rotors, installed 2 new lifts for front hood, did oil/filter change, and a tire rotation and balance. All work was completed and everything is working fine. I can trust this Big O and we know many of them by first name, David, Bruce, Zach and Billy. They all have lots of experience and usually they greet us by our first name when we come in.

Katie was very helpful and listened to my concerns and kept me informed about the progress. A++

I was on holidays from Canada and had a flat tire on boat trailer. I took it in to Big O tires to have repair. When I picked it up recieved a bill with 0 charges. It was a loose valve stem and they tightened it up. They did right thing with no charge but sooo many companies would not. I know this because of past experiences and I have had many . AWESOME COMPANY!!!!

I needed help after running off the road, needed to have inspections & see if there was damage or misalignment. The staff was very caring & explained what they found and risks of replacing tires early or not, and were willing to get my picky choice of tires since I do want to go ahead & replace all 4 now. They just were wonderfully helpful & I am glad to have more work & those new tires coming ASAP this week.
