I needed a new battery. New one was installed very timely. Battery cost more than I have ever paid before like three times as much, but it was hot and I required a jump on side of road just to get to Big O my first stop. Service was excellant and I'm back on the road again.

Clean up the waiting area and restroom. Otherwise terrific.

I needed a low tire fixed & my spare checked. They got to it right away & twice before that, they checked the pressure right away with no waiting. I love getting my tires here because they take care of them for the life of the tire.

I wasn't pressured to do more then I wanted or could afford. Very unusual for a senior lady. Treated well.

Very good experience for someone just passing through. I had a valve stem issue and a tire out of balance. They resolved all issues including returning the spare tire to its carrier under the bed of the pick-up. Thank you Gerry Paruch and the technician who performed the necessary labor and expertise.

I had a tire that couldn't be repaired and the rest of the tires were really worn. I went ahead and got 4 new tires but I needed to go to the bank and transfer some money into my checking. These wonderful people took me to the bank so I could pay for the tires. I don't know of any other place that would have gone that extra mile for me.
