The absolute worse experience with an auto repair shop I have ever had, and I am a retired mechanic. I now know where the mechanic ripoff horror stories stem from. I went in to have the front end aligned. After waiting for over an hour and a half after they took the truck in (did I mention I was a mechanic? I used to do front alignments in way less than an hour.) I was told that they could not correct the pull because I had a defective steering box. REALLY!! Pretty hard for a steering box to create a pull to only one side only. The service did come with a 4 month warranty so I took it home. Finally giving out to frustration that a tire shop couldn't do a front end alignment I returned a month later. Different people this time. I stated my previous experience and they reluctantly decided to take a look at it. After another hour I was informed that do not do alignments on Ford trucks. Why? Because it takes too long! REALLY?? So why was I originally charged for an alignment when you don't do them? Dead stare, no comment. It then took another 20 minutes or so to get my truck down off the rack so I could leave. I wouldn't take a roller skate to Big O tires for any kind of service. It is more than apparent that they either can't or don't hire competent people to work on your car. Wonder if the lug nuts are tight?

I purchased the tires over the phone to make sure that I would get the the buy two, get two promotion. I have been using Big O tires for years, been happy with the tire performance and I loved the warranty. I was told that Mesa was the same as big O, and the tire that I would be getting would be a highway tire instead of an off road tire. I was assured that everything else was the same. I came in for my scheduled appointment on Tuesday-did have a wait before they could get me in, but they were able to get me out before my doctor appointment. I requested all my old tires back because they still had useful life. I went to my doctor appointment, and when I turned around to back out of the parking space, I could see that I only had one tire. I went back to the store to get the balance of my tires. When I got home, I pulled out my paperwork and found that I only had paperwork on recommended work, not the tire purchase. I returned to the store on Friday to get paperwork. I was very disappointed to see that I did not have the same warranty, and I do not think that the tires have the same e rating. I worked with Frank and Andy for years. Did not expect this from my Big O dealership. I did let the person that printed my paperwork know that this was not what I was told on the phone. She told me that he was referring to the the tire, not the warranty. I do not think that is correct either. The warranty is not the same, the tire is not the same. A little disappointed that this would be going on in a dealership that Frank had any part of-it has always been a first rate establishment.

The technicians did not know my car has grease fittings, nor did they look. I had to ask to have the front end lubed, then they didn't get them all. One technician walked away like he was afraid to work on my car. The technician that took over did not know how to check the differential fluid. I had to show him. The hoist that my car was placed on was defective in the fact that it would only raise the car high enough for the technicians to work on their hands and knees. The overall quality of the work was disappointing. I have made arrangements to have the job finished at another service facility.

My Cooper Tires, still under warranty, have shown more front end wear than back end wear. Because I missed one tire rotation they say I'm ineligible for a replacement. I'm annoyed and will not buy tires from them again. When getting service I'm often waiting more than an hour for a simple oil change & lube, even with an appointment.

I recently replaced the tie rod and drag link on my daughter's vehicle. I brought the vehicle in for an alignment. Your crew attempted an alignment and failed. I was told the "expert' would be in on Monday. He attempted the alignment and could not accomplish it. I was told the wrong parts were purchased for the vehicle. I then took the vehicle AAction Automotive and they we able to align the vehicle with no problem. Your crew was unknowledgeable and they attempted cover up their lack of expertise by telling me, I had installed the incorrect parts.

We live in a small town and we use your facility a good amount of time for alignments and we would like to keep a good working business relationship, however when recent repair concerns were not properly disclosed to our repair facility, (we had returned a vehicle to our customer that had not passed alignment, unknowingly) This caused our customer from the Phoenix area to have some concerns with our repair facility. We were left with the burden of going to phoenix and bringing the customers vehicle back to Kingman and leaving a rental vehicle at our cost for the customer. It would of been greatly appreciated if the offer to pick up half of the 374.06 rental bill was made in stead of being brushed off when the thought was brought up. If we had known the entire concerns at the first alignment our facility would of never returned the vehicle to the owner. Thank you for your time.

You aught to be ashamed of your business and the service you claim to provide... . 1 Oil filter leaked all over my driveway... was loose and when tightened it still leaked. 2. I had to put 2 quarts of oil in crankcase to make up for leaked oil. 3, Failed to rotate tires. 4. Filed to lube chassis. 5. Failed to check fluids. 6. Failed to check differentials. 7. Failed to do 22 point inspection. 8. Every body at OK was geared up to quit at noon for "THE BIG WEDDING" that they did crappy service and lost more business than they might imagine. 9. ...There is more I am sure. 10. By all means... use my feedback for advertising or promotional purposes, including publishing or sharing the response with others... Print it in the Daily Miner... front page.

After my visit for an oil change. There was no sticker in my windshield about the info of the job like mileage and the date it was done and when is the next schedule. I don't know if they did the tire rotation as i requested because it didn't mention in my receipt also the tire pressure no mention.

I always come to big O for everything I need and I'm always so happy with the work. However after getting my oil changed there I discovered my dipstick was broken. I was really disappointed because this meant that someone there either broke it or they saw the broken item and did not tell me.

I have used this facility for about 14 years. I have usually been very happy with the service and employees. After I got home from having an oil change, I noticed oily, greasy finger prints on my passenger seat and on my car hood as well as along the front end and front side of my car.

We have been using this store for 10 years as my go to place for tires and maintanence. We have even bragged in the past about the excellent customer service we have received. However, on our last visit for tire rotation and oil change we were very disappointed. After leaving with our car we noticed that the tire pressure light as still on and so was the change oil light. After driving around town for awhile the lights were still on so we stopped back into the shop to have the tires checked. We were approached by an employee and we explained what was going on. He immediately went on the defensive and said that he was the one that worked on the car and he personally checked the tires and that ther must be something wrong with my cars indication lights. He then started to walk away. He never offered to check the tires or turn off the change oil light. I ended up taking my car somewhere else to have the tires checked. It turns out that they were not filled consistently and after a little tweaking the tire light went off. It took all of 5 minutes to make this problem right.

Came in for an oil change rotate and balance. Asked Shawn to have the tech. Check my pressures. My tires were 24-26 psi when I left and got home and put a gage on them they were the same. I don't know how you rotate there but by tires were not rotated properly. I know my right front tire was moved to the right rear witch should of been moved to the left rear. I own four cars that I get serviced at the kingman location. I have used this store four the past four years and hoping this is just a one time issue. As I travel a lot with my job,Ronnie, and Shawn take good care of me I would like to say thank you to them.

At first I was happy. Oil and filter change with a Tire rotation. But when I got home, I noticed that the tires were not rotated. The right rear tire was repaired a couple of months ago. A white crayon mark was put on the right rear tire when they fixed it. That marked tire was still on the right rear when I got home... My invoice from you states that the inflation pressure should be 35/41. I checked the pressure this morning..31-32 on front, 32-36 on rear. The invoice also said, check and fill all Vital fluids. Well, the power steering cap was covered with oily grime. Which I got all over my hand when I removed it this morning to double check it. Which would mean that your man was able to remove and reinstall the power steering cap with out wiping any of the grime off. So, I shall not be returning in the future. I am very disappointed that I can not trust getting the service that was agreed to. I'm wondering about the supposed computer mistake say that my engine need 6 quarts of oil, at an additional charge. When in reality, my engine is a 5 quart capacity. I just do not have a warm feeling about doing business with you. Thank for your concern.

I came in to repair a flat tire and tire rotate and balance. One and a half hours later they came to me and said the flat was not fixable because it was damaged on the side and they could not fix it and I will have to buy a new one, mind you that is what they told me last time and I had to buy 2 new tires. I have never had this problem in my whole life now two times in a row, I think not. I told them to just put the spare back on I was not going to buy a new one. It was just a slow leak no damage on the tire was even visable they was not going to take advantage of me again. I take the car to another big o and did not tell them anything that had just happened they fixed it and put it back on my car and everything is just fine. I am disabled with not much money to support myself and you guys seem to think I need to buy new tires every time I come in. I will not be coming back again. I Will be going someplace else where they will not try to take advantage of me.

We have frequented your business often with multiple family vehicles. In the past we have received good service. Not so, our most recent visit. The car was not reassembled properly after service causing it to leak oil, overheat, and put our daughter in an unsafe situation on her daily commute to school in Bullhead City. We brought it back to be fixed. The staff made it right (as far as we know) without additional charge, but it was done with a surly attitude. We presented the problem kindly, asking for it to be made right, which it was. However, it was done begrudgingly without politeness. The employees need more training in customer service, especially in correcting improper service.
