Big O Tires

I do NOT recommend this location. Overall, Big O usually does good work and the Alvernon store is the one we typically go to. NO MORE! I had an oil change of which I specifically stated I wanted 5w30, as recommended in my Owner's Manual. Although the window sticker says 5w30, the receipt states 5w20. No paper mat was placed on the floorboard and the mechanic obviously had very greasy shoes! The biggest complaint I have is that whoever drove my truck into/out of the shop adjusted the seat!!!! My seat controls do not function right most of the time and thanks to this 'mechanic', my seat is too low and too far back!! So far, I have not been able to get the seat back to a comfortable position! I drive my truck like a TRUCK, not a low-rider!!! I AM NOT A 'HAPPY CAMPER"!!! I recommend any other location than this one...will NOT be back to this one, nor will I recommend it!!!

The fix it right first time

They clearly explain and showed me what was wrong with my truck. I had a squeak in the front end and they told me the common things that they tend to see and sure enough it’s the same with my truck.

I took my car in for an oil change and. Was having an issue with my windshield wiper fluid not spraying. They changed my oil and rotated my tires. They ordered a part to fix the wiper fluid reserve and told me it was coming soon. It took a bit longer than they originally said but they kept me informed. Once the part came it was installed quickly. I was very happy with the overall service

Immediately welcomed into ofc, identified needed service need, ask to sit in waiting area, called from waiting area and advised of issue found, time to fix it along with cost. I approved procedure and 15 minutes later I was given my keys, a receipt and thanked for coming in!
