Big O Tires

I went into your location to get a flat trailer tire checked and a slow air leak on a tire on my truck checked. Which I was told was free. I told the guy at the front that if the trailer tire is not repairable let me know I'll probably have to get a new one. He told me it is $69 for a replacement plus tax. So after about 15 minutes I see a brand new tire on the trailer rim(which I had not yet approved) and about 30 minutes later they tell me I'm ready to leave. I get to the front and apparently they changed out the trailer tire without my convent or telling what was wrong with the old one. The guy at the front didn't have any idea what was wrong with the old one and made it sound like an inconvenience I even asked. So I said ok I'll just pay so I can go put my tire on do what I have to do for the day. So now my $69 tire plus tax is around $115. I tell the guy I want a breakdown on this charge and he tells me it's tax. I tell him I'm not paying almost $50 in tax for a $69 tire. Then he tries to tell me it's for balancing a trailer tire. Sorry but I've owned a lot of trailers and never had trailer tire balanced. So finally after I told him to keep his tire he agrees to $69 plus tax that I didn't really pre approve but he quoted me now it's around $84. Then he tries to tell me he should have charged for a flat repair but he comped that for me too??? I do most of my tire business with discount tire and tried to use you this time since you are close to my shop. I bring multiple service trucks through your shop for maintenance and servicing on a regular basis. I think I'm going to drive the extra distance from now on to avoid your shop for all my vehicle needs from now on. Your guy Butch in the front comes across a con and I'm personally not interested in doing business with your shop anymore.

Very good service mostly honest

The people at this Big-O were extremely pleasant to deal with. They took my vehicle in when they had no openings and said that they would try to squeeze it in. I left the vehicle and less than 2 hours later they called to let me know the service had been completed.

I lost a hub cap not long after the tire installation. This seldom happens where I go for auto service (Ray Scott's, Tucson). Other than that the tires are working fine, and service people were pleasant and answered questions.

They were so friendly and welcoming, it didn't take that long for them to work on my car. I was surprised at how great the price was. I just like the whole situation and then they explain to me about my car and how much the tires would cost because I needed to get some soon I was surprised at the price was so great that's the whole thing muscle easy friendly occurrence.

They clearly explain and showed me what was wrong with my truck. I had a squeak in the front end and they told me the common things that they tend to see and sure enough it’s the same with my truck.
