Friendly, good service, done promptly.

My AC wasn’t working, I didn’t know what was wrong. I set the appointment on line, dropped off my truck and in about an hour I was called to be informed my truck was ready.. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the service at Big O tires. I will continue to bring my truck in for services. Thank you

They were extremly professional. They put on a new conector to my battery for free. When I bought a new batery they took out old batery from my truck and swapted it out to my car for free.

I sent a friend over to Big O for help, they Jesus quoted her a great price, we drop off a rim to Jesus, very late in the day . The next day, early They called I paid over the phone. The young lady e-mailed me a receipt. We picked up tire all went super smooth. Great price we received a new tire for less than a Different tire Dealer was going to charge her for a used tire Thank you team at Alveron & 22nd St.

Came in for an oil change , rotation, and air check on tires . Service was quick , would come back again .

I always have a great experience here. Everyone is super nice and friendly. And they are fast and efficient. My favorite thing is they don't try and push all these services you don't need onto you.

I was some what satisfied.The thing I didn’t like was they refilled with synthetic bland which didn’t explain before.

We were greeted and eye contact was made, very important. The employee, Rosie, made sure we were well informed on what was going on and what we needed. Her years of customer service and knowledge make her great asset to the company. The person in charged in the shop, Jesus, came out to speak with us, reassuring us they would handle our vehicle with care.

It's good to find a place that does what is expected, as expected, and does not try to sell you things you don't want or need! I came for an oil change and tire rotation, that's what I received, and I was on my way - without a long wait.

The person at the counter was friendly and helpful. She explained that the tires I wanted were not available but offered a comparable alternative. When I asked a question she was unable to answer, she called a colleague over to help. He was informative and I felt satisfied with service they provided and purchase I decided on. While I went in expecting to get Hankook tires, I ended up with Big-O tires, which included the road hazard coverage. We will be shopping for tires for my wife's car soon and I plan to return to that location.

I bought a battery. I was not quoted a price for the battery before it was replaced. I asked for a battery like was in the vehicle, but was surprised at the final price. Other than that it was a great experience, like I've come to expect at your Big O stores.

Well, I have been coming to big O tires in this location for many years. I have many cars that I do have to get serviced. I appreciate the food, the friendship and professionalism with the associates, Rosie, and Jesus are awesome.

Arrived half hour prior to posted hours, and doors open, staff ready to do business. 45 minutes had 4 new tires and oil change. That's good stuff!
