There's know one as knowledgeable as Rosie Alday. She has connections everywhere and it allowed her to reach out and get the parts that were needed for the front end of my truck. Her coworkers have respect for her and it seems like everyone likes her. It must be a relief to have such an employee. Thank you

My AC wasn’t working, I didn’t know what was wrong. I set the appointment on line, dropped off my truck and in about an hour I was called to be informed my truck was ready.. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the service at Big O tires. I will continue to bring my truck in for services. Thank you

I sent a friend over to Big O for help, they Jesus quoted her a great price, we drop off a rim to Jesus, very late in the day . The next day, early They called I paid over the phone. The young lady e-mailed me a receipt. We picked up tire all went super smooth. Great price we received a new tire for less than a Different tire Dealer was going to charge her for a used tire Thank you team at Alveron & 22nd St.
