I purchased a set of new tires. Price was reasonable and quick service. Vehicle was then alined and I was on my way. A very pleased customer!

Because ,I always receive quality service and the staff they are always very knowledgeable and extremely professional in every sense of the word, I have always come to Big O tires for over 20 years. Great place to get any car service and I highly recommend it.

I've been a customer of Big O for years, have always had good service and competitive value, will continue to rely on them for my tire needs.

I set an appointment online and it was super easy and convenient. I saw a deal on the website and called the location to confirm and the man I spoke to was really polite and informed me the deal was valid for the location. I went in and check in was super easy and everyone was very nice and polite. It was very clean inside, it was a cold morning outside and it was warm inside, and even had hot fresh coffee! Service was quick. My car has a service notification thats pops up when the car is started, and they were able to clear it for me and the previous place I took it to for service did not know how. Overall very impressed and will be back for my next service!

Awesome staff at the Alvernon location. I've purchased tires there twice and had some work done on my vehicle. I trust the service staff know what they are doing.

I called Evan on Friday at the Wilmot store asking if he had an Interstate battery for my 2015 Xterra. He said he didn't have any at that location but he would order one and have it ready for me on Monday at the Alvernon Way Big "O" which was better for me. On Monday, Butch the Manager said the battery was there and was installed by Jesus. I did not have the security code for the radio so we used my battery pack to provide power to the radio while the battery was changed. I also had an engine air filter installed and some anti corrosion terminal rings put on the new battery. All of this was done in about 30 minutes. Great job guys!
