Big O Tires

The gentlemen who helped me with my truck service were outstanding. They explained what was going to be done to the truck tires. The service was quick. The waiting area was neat and clean. I love the popcorn, thank you.

The Manager Robert Sprouse was very professional and friendly. He made me feel important.

These guys did a fabulous job. Found and fixed two critical tire issues during a rotation. Took the time to get it right. And not just because I've been a customer since the mid 80's. But because they do good work.

Was shown the difference between lug nuts, the ones on my car and the ones suggested to be used instead. The other type would be more manageable if a tire change would be needed out on the road. Appreciated the recommendation.

Only thing was that I had just had my tires rotated and they were rotated again. Usually they inform me and I would tell them if I needed it done or not. Had to have my tires rotated back at Sam's.

I've brought all of my vehicles to Big O Tires for almost 4 years. The staff has always been courteous, hard working, and honest in diagnosing all of my vehicles issue(s) and they are fair on the pricing, even on some of the more complex issues. We've driven our vehicles as far as Oregon, and Utah and vehicles have never left us stranded. They are one of the very few shops in Yuma that have certified mechanics/technicians. Take it from me, go to Big O.

My service writer was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed repairs and or replacement. He showed me the waiting room, the bathrooms, and offered coffee, water and cookies. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean. My service writer kept me up to speed on all the services provided.

We owe a huge thank you to the wonderful people at Big O Tires, Yuma AZ #4006. We were in a huge predicament, stranded on the side of the freeway, in middle of nowhere on a very hot Saturday. Headed out of town for a family vacation with a 6 yr old, 3 yr old and 7 month old twins, we experience a serious brake problem which caused our front tire to lock up and couldn't move. We had just had our brakes replaced two days prior and a bolt was not tightening properly causing it to come loose. We were extremely fortunate that the vehicle did not lock up and cause a rollover. The wonderful people at Big O Tires went out of their way to help us get back on the road. We especially want to thank Donato, Mario and Bobby for their generosity and time. Knowing the store would be closing soon they still took care of us, even on one of the gentleman's day off. We cannot express enough gratitude towards them and their kindness! Also a thank you to the helpful tow truck driver of Alexander Ford, who also went out of his way to take care of us. Thank you! The Valdez Family

Great staff satisfactory work and a very clean working environment and lounge area. I would recommend you bring back the popcorn machine.

Josh gave me some good advise and helped contact a third party for a very needed repair on one of my wheels, something other "tire" stores did not do. After the wheel repair they fixed my flat tire and the mounting at no extra cost. Josh and his crew went out of their way to help a customer in need, what can I say, I recommend their business any time.
