Big O Tires

I went in for an oil change appointment and asked if the tires could be checked. I appreciated the explanation of the status of the tires. (Still not real sure about tire wear.) I also appreciated that I was advised to replace only two tires, instead of the young man trying to up sell me to four tires. Thank you, thank you. Thanks also for the ride home and back to Big O to pick up my truck. Driver was extremely nice and great to talk with.

I was looking for a place to do an oil change, i called and they took me in even though I was going in at 4:40 pm. BRAULIO gave me excellent customer service. He informed me of everything that was been done to my car and what I needed. He even gave me information regarding my tires and when your store has sales. I belong to a club of cuponers and I posted my my experience and your oil change price. It was LIKED by close to a hundred members. I give your team a HIGH FIVE FOR SERVICE AND PRICE. Friendly service, honest about the inspections done. Parts were available. Service on my vehicle was done when they said it would be. Paperwork was quick and employee Rodrigo Ruiz was very helpful. The other employees were also friendly and helpful

A HUGE thank you to all the guys working March 8th at around 1:30pm. My regret is not getting the gentleman's name at the front counter. We came in to buy 4 new tires, and told them we would be back Saturday to have them installed. I was asked if we were in a hurry that day and I replied I had an appointment at 3:00. He said, "no problem, I can get you out way before then."� AND HE DID! Thanks to him, Richy and Joe for the quickest tire install ever. I was so thankful. It just reminds me why I always come back here. Great guys and service.

Great service in a quick manner.

Everyone was very professional and friendly starting with my call in for an appointment and through the entire process. I was informed of different services, but wasn't pressured in any way to get them. My brakes are working great and my A.C. is running much cooler. I will be a repeat customer!

They got my vehicle in quick without appointment. Communication was clear and easy to understand. Services were provided and other options were given without pressure.

Robert Sprouts was courteous friendly, and professional. He made me feel like a valued customer and took the time to go out of his way to call the foothills store for me to look up service history since I forgot to put my receipt back in the glove box. I will be back to this location next time I need an alignment and probably next time I get tires also mostly because of the friendly service.

I come to Big-O in Yuma for everything. The staff is very friendly and are knowledgeable and they make sure that I leave happy. Braulio is a great worker and salesman, but more than that he knows how to establish a relationship with his customers and you don't see that too often these days. There was a long wait, but Braulio made the experience way better when he offered me popcorn! Other than that his co-worker that works next to him is also a very pleasant guy! Good job BIG O TIRES on hiring someone like Braulio, he is a leader and someone to be followed as an example.

The person who worked on my car, I think his name was Chewy, I had two bad tires on the front from towing behind my motorhome and had to go back the next day to rotate the front tires and put them on the back which got rid of the problem I was having with the car, everything went well with the test drive and I went back to my motorhome, thanks to Chesy.
