I was told by doing the payment plan they offered I would have $0 in interest fees. However, after talking to the services and setting up my payment plan, I am going to be paying over $300 dollars for my two tires instead of paying the $245 my invoice was billed at Big P. Very unsatisfied with the so called knowledge the salesreps at Big O have. Thanks for wasting my hard earned money.

They did their best to not give me the tires that were under warranty. And they DIDNT. Even tried to talk me out of an alignment which I paid a year for unlimited. Had an appointment an still had to wait 2 hours. I DON CARE IM GOING TO DISCOUNT TIRES NEXT TIME

I had a very unpleasant experience with a representative who actually discussed me with another customer, treated me like a child because I'm hearing impaired, and spent most of her time chatting while I was there. Half hour service took an hour. This was my third trip to Big O but it will be my last.

I had a very unpleasant experience, I had my alignment checked and was supposed to receive a call when done and didn't, so I went to the store and waited 2 hours to get an answer on what was wrong. Never actually got to talk to the tech. Big waste of my time

I had new tires installed on my motorhome they charged to balance the tires.Then when I went out on the highway it shakes Took it back and the tires had not been balanced. Then they made a big deal that they were not going to charge me which they had already charged me when they installed the tires
