Big O Tires

Purchased new tires, were in stock and installed in timely manner (within an hour). When I get in my vehicle. One of the TPMS sensors did not recognize tire pressure. I notify the gentlemen at the front desk and a tech takes a look. Takes him over an hour to figure out how to reset the TPMS sensor with his machine. Tells me I'm good, I enter my vehicle and now none of the TPMS sensors work. I notify the front desk again and he says "Well if it's something we did we will pay for it"�. Of course it was something they did, I have a 2016 Chevy Malibu and I had four fully operational sensors and they stopped working after a Big O technician conducted their service. After arrive at 0830, my vehicle was finally fixed at around 1500. They replaced the sensor and struggled to reprogram the sensors. Funny thing is, the man at the front desk stated it wasn't a sensor issue and just a programming problem with their machine but I could over hear the technician say in Spanish that the fault sensor was damaged. Technicians lacked knowledge and it really showed in their poor service. After all this, they tried getting me to pay for an alignment. No thanks, Id rather being it somewhere else after that terrible service.

I came in early to have the tires balanced (2) on my trailer. I was told that they would get right on it, only one ahead of me. Somehow my work order got misplaced and I sat outside for over an hour before someone came and balanced them. This may be the exception, but I was not impressed.

I went to your Fortuna Foothills, Yuma, AZ location and made an appointment to get two tires installed... Came back at my appt. time and was speaking with Luis Herrerra and he refused to install the tires on my truck on the front, where the rear tires were only three years old, which he was adamant about not doing it, I told him I would waive in writing any disclaimer that was your policy, to no avail, he kept telling me that "he was not putting his job on the line"... I asked to speak with the manager and he told me he was not there... I then left without getting tires, not happy!!! I then went to the Pacific Ave. Yuma, AZ, location and spoke with Dub and he told me that that was ok with signing a release... I spoke with the manager, Ian and he came out and looked at the date codes on my tires and he agreed to put the tires on the front!!! It was stated on the invoice that I would not have any claim against Big O Tires... I was very happy with the service and professionalism of the Pacific Ave, location, very dissatisfied with the Foothills location!!!

things I went over with manager on my new tires purschase wasn't done and my rims after mounting where so dirty that I had to clean them when truck got home and install standard lug nuts I had asked and provided when truck was taken in by my son..i called local manager Josh and I shared my dispointment ..didn't ask for anything in return,,,just disappointed.

I understand you want to make money on each car you put on the lift but not all of us are stupid. I have a certificate for an alignment that came with my tire purchase because I needed to replace ball joints and tie rod ends. I had that done for far less than your quote and now they want to change parts that YOU say are bad but two other mechanics verified they are fine to align the truck. I worked for Ford and other repair places, I was actually the maintenance supervisor for a local development company and build custom all terrain power chairs from scratch, I know about angles, geometry, suspension ect....... Your just not going to make any money while my truck is on the lift so your guys are trying to up-sell parts and labour at a higher cost. I just wanted my alignment done the best you could and I explained that to you man. I will not recommend or ever purchase from your store.

The store was okay. The guy was kind of nice... But my appointment was at 9 and they still had me waiting past 3 hours. I bought 2 tires specifically for the FRONT. When they were finally done. They had put my new tires in the back and the old ones in the front. That is exactly what I DID NOT WANT. I have not gone back to complain or have them fixed because I do not have time to wait 3 hours again for screw up. I'm so upset and been meaning to post a review on Google but haven't yet.

we were charged for tire disposal when we took our old tires!! we were also charged for nitrogen in tires and we were not consulted about it first.They are supposed to put green cap on tire which was not none.SO was it done or just charged me for it.I paid in cash and live so far away its not worth the trip back to get green valve stem caps.Which was there response when i call to complain.This is my advise to anyone using them triple check all charges before you leave there shop

On October 31 I went for an oil change they noticed I needed tires rotated and also needed a wheel alignment which was done one of the Lugnuts was stripped (Big O tire works on my truck only ) I told them go ahead and fix it it's a week later and I still have no Lugnuts on my truck. (Playing phone tag for a week With big O tire ) needless to say I am a unhappy customer.
