Big O Tires

I had an appointment at 10am and didn't get in until 10:30. Why tell me 10 if it takes 30 minutes more to get it on the rack?

They did a good job and explained to me what else my car needs worked on

Mu appt. was at 10 am and my car was ready until 11:45, it took an hr and 45 to have my car ready when could only take around 30 to 45 minites

They were very helpful in getting me the best price and the best tire . Thank you

Will never return to a Big O Tires again after this experience. Received a welcome coupon in mail for a discounted oil change. Ian was great on phone. Once in store Dub seemed like he just couldn't multi task. I was the customer in from of him however he kept taking phone calls & avoiding helping me so I could leave. The phone calls should've been placed on hold. It took about 20 minutes for me to just drop off my car & I was the only customer. Waste of time. I specifically told Dub I don't want them touching my tires, he crossed that work order part of the DO TO list for the techs. When we picked up my car they had rotated my tires. I go to Discount for this work to be done & soeficially told Dub I don't want them touching my tires because I only let Discount do that work. I received a phone call from Dub after we dropped off my car stating he entered in my VIN which gave him info on Toyota Corolla & I drive a GMC Yukon Denali XL, not even close to a Toyota Corolla. The call was odd & made no sense because he had all the correct info when I was in the store. This issue goes back to my originally complaint with this guy, he was so all over the place he screwed up my paperwork & info. Teaching moment! Also my coupon said my cost would be $17.99 no exceptions mentioned. I ended up paying $29+ at this point my husband and I became so frustrated he went in, paid & we swore never to return. There was a whole other issue regarding the oil change itself that Dub called me about. I called back & asked for Ian, he stated he wasn't aware of issue because he was dealing w/ another car but he did seem to agree w/ me that itwas handled improperly & while on the phone w/ me he said a tech had just told him they were good to go on changing my oil.

Every time I go in I come out happy.

I had an air leak in my tire. They patched it, but said that there was another, smaller leak close to the first one and they couldn't do 2 patches that close to each other. I went home and the next morning my tire was COMPLETELY flat. I took it to the dealer, who patched it, and it is now fine.

Robert was great. Took very good care of me.

I went to have a nail removed from my Big O tire and to make sure there was no leak. When I arrived there was no activity going on in the garage. It took over 2 hours to have this addressed.

Offered early bird special

They had me there over 3 hours for oil change and tires. I was with one other customer for a hour then more came in. I don't like them messing with my radio or lights leaving my seat back all the way . And by the way they never checked the air pressure in my tires .one side had 37 and the other had 35.
