I have always been impressed with the customer service at Big O tires, there are somethings in particular that stand out. The phone charging station is a great idea, free popcorn and water and coffee was much appreciated, the washer was clean and my wife was surprised by the inclusion of art and plants in the restroom. The staff was all courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend they go to anyone.

Dropped off vehicle early for a wheel alignment with no issue. Work was completed as advertised, agent gave me a call when work was complete. Picking up the vehicle was no issue. Work was well priced, would highly recommend.

Had to wait about an hour until my Xterra moved to the head of the line, but once it was in the service bay, the entire service (complete with tire dressing) was completed in only 45 minutes. The lug nuts lock was also put back right where I keep it when the service tech was finished.

From the manager, Braulio, to Alejandro, the tech that worked on the car; every step of the way from drop-off to the time I got the keys back was professional. I was alerted to some things as with my vehicle that were recommended, and as such, I will be returning this week to get 2 new tires. Thank you for not doing the typical oil change shop thing and screw me over; I now have trust in this shop.

The personnel. We had interaction with a few of the employees and it was all very professional and friendly. This is very important to me and my wife.
