Big O Tires

My car had the front end four times in two weeks ( three on frontage road and once on Pacific ) and I believe that they all tried with the equipment and knowledge that was there but in the end my car still pulls to the left as it did when we started. A lot of my time(plus $83 ) and your time with no results. I will stop and ask if your equipment does a four wheel alignment or not. I would recommend you for tires.

Got my car "fixed"� on Saturday for breaks and wheel bearing, looks like my car came out worse. Drove it back to Phoenix Sunday noon and it uncontrollably shaked at higher speeds. Unsatisfied with the work.

Service provided was excellent for this was my first experience with Big O Tires

Good service and quick ask for 19.99 sale. When I was going to pay I was charge full prize. I had to remind the service person that Imhad asked for sale service. I still ended paying over $30.00 for a 199.99 service

Josh met your competitors price which was great but after buying 4 tires we noticed the spare tire was not put back to its original place and had to return to have this done. Josh took care of it but whoever changed the tires did a half job.

Had AC serviced from June 3 to June 6 and had to take back on Saturday June 8 because AC not working. I've made another appointment for June 11 because AC still not working. When I called for appointment for Saturday I was told to come in at 8am which I did, when I arrived I was told mechanic would be in about 30-40 mins. If I knew that I would have brought my vehicle in at 9am, I heard the mechanic was late due to bringing in food for co-workers. Both times AC worked when I left the store however later on it stopped working. I paid a lot of money to have parts replaced & the labor, not sure what's going on. All I want is to have the AC fixed and working correctly ASAP! Thank you

I have been using Big O in Ahwatukee for 15 years & they provide excellent service. At the Yuma (Pacific) location the service was not so stellar. I called ahead arranging a time that was not too busy. I waited 1 hr while they inspected my vehicle and had to ask them what was going on. They did not have an air filter advised me it would be 25 min. They would call me when it was ready. I came back from a quick lunch and it was in the parking lot ready, with no phone call after 35 minutes. They need to close the loop on their communications.

Love this place. Love the customer service, the popcorn, the water, car inspection and reccommendations.

They got me right in, with a complimentary tire rotation with my oil change, awesome!

Prices need to be a little bit more on the low side

Amazing that tire rotation is included with any oil change. No other place does that.

I went in for a wheel alignment and i still have issues with shaking in my steering wheel and pulling to the right
