Big O Tires

Took an awfully long time to do the job.

I used them last week and service was fast and efficient.

Alignment done, vehicle tracks well. Tire rotation done, but techs use impact wrench. Over tightened. I would have said over torqued but no torque wrench is used. Damaged stud thread.

Employees were very respectful and gave me a excellent customer services.

When I was informed my vehicle was ready, it wasn't, it still needed one more service. I had already checked-out with the sales rep & I didn't receive a sticker in my vehicle of when the services are due again. Could this sticker be sent to me? Thank you

I always use big o tires for oil changes and tires...

I went online to order tires & make an appointment. The tires weren't in stock, there was a note to call me and inform me but no one did. At 1st they did not want to honor the online price. Then agreed to after about 20mins of hassling me. Then made me an offer to buy tires that were in stock. After about another 10 mins of debate, I agreed because of what I was going to receive, my current balding tires, and my limited availability. Then when the service order was printed, it wasn't as I was told it would be. Again, my limited availability and bald tires made me agree to it. Unfortunately, I kinda had no choice at this point. Also, I was charged for disposal of 4 tires but 1 was put in my truck bed. I've done alot of business at my local big o where I'm from as well as my family. I have also done business at this big o and I must say this was by far the worst experience. I will not ever recommend this big o to anyone again.

Would recommend to everyone when it comes to tires. Excellent service.

Have trailer tires mounted at $24 dollars a piece is ridiculous. There was no TPMS, or balance done to these tires. When asking the service manager about this, the reply was it's the standard for all tires. I'm happy with the tires, not with the installation fee. Same day went to Sams Club, there price was $15.00

Service was great, work was done quick and efficiently. The only reason I was not too happy with my experience, was the fact they really did some cosmetic damage to my wheels. Wouldn't recommend Big O if you care for that sort of detail like I do.

my truck had Big O tires with 15,000 miles and a 50,000 mile warranty. tires looked terrible and was told they should be replaced. After reminding them I have a warranty was offered a discount on another brand of tire.tires were ordered and when I went in the proration from the warranty was not noted so we go through the whole story again and was given the credit for the other warranty. I was told the wear was caused from needing alignment so I showed the paperwork where they did alignment when the tires were purchased. this truck is driven about 5 miles a day to work and back. no off roading or rough treatment. plus the air was not working so I waited in the hot lobby.

We use bigotires for all our needs tires,oil changes . Very happy

It never fails that the guys who get my car to drive it into the shop always have to get something dirty. This time it was my light colored interior roofing which I always try to keep immaculate. It was pretty upsetting. Usually it's oil on the steering wheel or door cushion which happened this time too.

Service is friendly, courteous, yesterday's wait time was excellent, prices are reasonable

Karina did a very good job explaining the service as needed, so we went along with approving the work. She helped coordinate scheduling the work with dropping the car off throughout the week. However, after all the services that were performed, nearly $3000.00 over the past 2 repairs, the car did not start the very next day. This leaves us in a quandary as to the type of materials that were used to repair the car and the mechanics labor used. Can you please follow up wirh me. Your prompt attention is appreciated.

Simply put, there was no room for improvement! My expectations have been exceeded.

Very Slow Service: I have been a customer for a few years and this past experience was very disappointing. I brought my vehicle in at 8 a.m. for an oil change and it was not done until 10:45.
