Big O Tires

Job took twice as long as expected due to the wrong part being received. Also I asked beforehand if they had experience with my motor homes lugnut covers, as I had lost several at another tire place that reinstalled them improperly. Before leaving, I checked the covers and found one missing and two more ready to fall off. The tech was very apologetic, but we couldn't find the missing one. But I still gave an overall rating of four stars because they kept me informed the whole time about the delays.

Dub and his team worked me in to get my tire ordered and replaced the next day. I really appreciated their efficiency.

The sales person waa very nice, but I felt kinda bad for him. He needed ink to make copies for my warranty work and didn't have any. So that added to his work load for the next day.

The service from everyone was awesome and I didn't have to wait forever which was very convenient. Awesome team work from everyone.

Made an appointment and even though they were two men short, my vehicle was taken care of on a timely bases. One thing that I saw and heard was disturbing. There was a gentleman that I know, named Jesse Lavin, walked in and advised the store representative that his new tires that were install the day before were leaking air. The representative told him that he was too booked to help him out. Mr. Lavin said I guess I will have to go to Pep Boys to get it fixed and left upset. That made me think that maybe one day that could be me and will that be the customer care I will be receiving in an emergency like that.

These guys are professionals. My situational issues were explained to me clearly as to how and why these were happening. I felt relieved.

Robert was very helpful and friendly. The crew did a great job getting us back on the road quickly after some mechanical problems.

Made appointment for brakes however no mechanic in so no brake check done, would of liked to be notified so I could reschedule over phone

Excellent customer service along with great prices. You can get in and out without long wait time. Who can ask for anything more.

Consider having a selection on hand of sport sedan/coupe tires for vehicles, although the demand may not be very high for it in Yuma, AZ

I just purchased a vehicle and took it to Big O tires for their inspection. They inspected that car and found that the undercarriage was completely corroded. I returned the car to Rahimi car dealership within the 72 hours and switched it for another vehicle. Big O let me know that when I completed the new transaction at the car dealership I should bring the new car in for an inspection on that car. I appreciate the time taken by the staff to check both vehicles. They kept reassuring me that that is what they are there for. I highly recommend everyone get your car inspected within the 72 hours so that you don't end up with junk (like I would have). I know nothing about cars and never would have checked the undercarriage. Thank you Big O Tires!

I was able to make a same day appointment for an alignment and was able to get my service done in a timely manner.

We had a warranty replacement on our tire and everything went smooth in this aspect. However, the original tire had a unique Mazda 6 nitrogen valve stem cap on it. This cap was not put on the new tire. Now we have mismatched valve stem caps. I returned to the facility on 27 April 18 to confirm nitrogen was in the tire and to have the alignment checked. But the facility could not find my stem cap.

My only disappointment was that I had to come back a second afternoon after work to get the work completed. Otherwise everything was fine.

The young man who service the vehicle was terrific and very customer oriented. Even after checking my account, I had to ask to confirm the tire warrantee and the replacement tire was not the same as the blown tire. I did not notice until after I got home, perhaps the other tire was not in stock.

Bob had me in and out of there before I cou!d finish my free coffee and popcorn. Great place very happy with service.

Great job on my old truck! The brakes work GREAT!
