The technician(Austin Grooms)was knowledgeable and friendly. The management was very professional and I was treated as a valued customer.

Second tire replacement under warranty. I absolutely disagree with the necessity to pay for mount and dismount. ive contacted Discount tire, Ed Whiteheads and FTS. None of them charge for mount and dismount on warranty tires or flat repairs. I paid over twice as much for Big O tires than I would have anywhere else.

Pre check all fluids and air in tires. Great service before drive to Prescott with rv. New purchase from private party.

Shopped around for new tires. Printed a quote with no pressure to purchase. Offered options. Went back due to customer service and best price.Had to order tires from another in-state store. Treated well at install time. Added on synthetic oil change, fluid top-off, belt and hose check, alignment, and new battery installation for road trip. All was done in timely manner except alignment, which I had to make an appointment to go back the next day. Service reps were courteous and helpful. Work was good quality with no issues on the road trip.

When I brought my van in for an oil change, they found that I was very low on oil.They filled my oil up and told me to drive it for a week and bring it back for my oil change.They even returned my coupon for a free oil change, so that I could sill get my free oil change.

The Tech., whom help me select the tires for my father car was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products and service.

I am a little upset that I paid an overall $250 fee for a $10 problem on my car. I thought my battery had died so I paid to replace it, and after my car broke down again I realized it was not my battery but something more. Everybody makes mistakes, I'm aware we're all human, but shouldn't it be policy to check the car or provide proof that there should be no more problems with the car because all I was given was an invoice. Overall though I am very grateful that when I took it back, I was issued an apology and the man who fixed my car showed me what was wrong and that my car would run fine every time now. The lady who I initially talked to on the phone was kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the new guy, although quite loud, was very easy to talk to (word of advice though, don't tell people you've only worked their for a couple days, it makes you lose credibility).

Customer service at this location is always above and beyond and I only recommend Big O to all my friends and family!

thank you for prompt and good service! Tire was fixed as I wanted it. I'm kind of picky, as a retired mechanic with over 50 tears experience. Only complaint is my valve stem cap did not get reinstalled. No big deal, I have more. Thank you all again!
