rotate and balance tires 30 point inspection

Only thing was that I had just had my tires rotated and they were rotated again. Usually they inform me and I would tell them if I needed it done or not. Had to have my tires rotated back at Sam's.

I've brought all of my vehicles to Big O Tires for almost 4 years. The staff has always been courteous, hard working, and honest in diagnosing all of my vehicles issue(s) and they are fair on the pricing, even on some of the more complex issues. We've driven our vehicles as far as Oregon, and Utah and vehicles have never left us stranded. They are one of the very few shops in Yuma that have certified mechanics/technicians. Take it from me, go to Big O.

I had gone into Big O earlier in the week and received an estimate for the work I needed done. When I got to my appointment on Friday, the estimate could not be found and the new estimate was higher than the one I received originally. The young man also acted like he couldn't find the appointment. Later it was suggested that I change out both headlights, so the brightness would match. I don't know about this but I hope he gave me good info. Then I was told I needed a couple of belts and something with the shocks. It was just a bad day for me I guess. I got the belts done, will be in later for the shock work. It took twice as long to do the work, but it was very busy. I think my appointment may have been lost. Usually I am right in and out, but stuff happens.
