This Big O store has always provided excellent service. My husband always took our vehicles here to be serviced. They have continued to provide excellent customer service to our vehicles since my husband's passing. They always let you know exactly what they are checking and what needs to be repaired. I appreciate their honesty and quick customer service.

They are a great team here in Yuma Arizona . I have been going there sense back in 1978 .they treat you like a friend and answers all my ?.? Big or little They are always happy with big smiles. I love going in there

BIG O in Yuma accepted my printed coupon for an early bird oil change with rotation, and got my Xterra in and up on the lift within 45 minutes, despite the fact that I didn't have an appointment. And, since I am a frequent customer at BIG O, the manager also gave me a free rebalance on all 4 off road tires, even though I'd bought them at a competitor across town. Can't beat that kind of service!

They were great answered call my questions They told me all they needed to do and what it wold cost they did a lot of it with no cost because I buy my tires there They even called to get approved and got my card because I didn't have it with me They really cared about me and were kind and told me not to wer about thing the were there to help and boy they are great there at big-0 here in Yuma the store on Pacific Avenue My thanks goes out to that team

Apparently BIG O did everything they were supposed to (while I watched through the office window), only to have Sonora Nissan re-rotate the tires a half hour later while they were changing the oil and filter!

The person who worked on my car, I think his name was Chewy, I had two bad tires on the front from towing behind my motorhome and had to go back the next day to rotate the front tires and put them on the back which got rid of the problem I was having with the car, everything went well with the test drive and I went back to my motorhome, thanks to Chesy.

Everything was excellent.

The gentlemen who helped me with my truck service were outstanding. They explained what was going to be done to the truck tires. The service was quick. The waiting area was neat and clean. I love the popcorn, thank you.

These guys did a fabulous job. Found and fixed two critical tire issues during a rotation. Took the time to get it right. And not just because I've been a customer since the mid 80's. But because they do good work.

Got everything done within an hour, and the tech who did the work returned my lug nuts lock to it's cubbyhole in the center console, so I didn't have to go looking for itBig O Tires on Pacific Avenue even cleaned and coated the outsides of the tires with ArmorAll (or something similar) before driving my Xterra back out for me, once the rotation and balance was completed.

Was shown the difference between lug nuts, the ones on my car and the ones suggested to be used instead. The other type would be more manageable if a tire change would be needed out on the road. Appreciated the recommendation.
