We owe a huge thank you to the wonderful people at Big O Tires, Yuma AZ #4006. We were in a huge predicament, stranded on the side of the freeway, in middle of nowhere on a very hot Saturday. Headed out of town for a family vacation with a 6 yr old, 3 yr old and 7 month old twins, we experience a serious brake problem which caused our front tire to lock up and couldn't move. We had just had our brakes replaced two days prior and a bolt was not tightening properly causing it to come loose. We were extremely fortunate that the vehicle did not lock up and cause a rollover. The wonderful people at Big O Tires went out of their way to help us get back on the road. We especially want to thank Donato, Mario and Bobby for their generosity and time. Knowing the store would be closing soon they still took care of us, even on one of the gentleman's day off. We cannot express enough gratitude towards them and their kindness! Also a thank you to the helpful tow truck driver of Alexander Ford, who also went out of his way to take care of us. Thank you! The Valdez Family

Great tire store but even better service center. They will make reconmadaytions yet they are not pushy, at least thats the experience I've had. Again their a serious service center.

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and seemed like he really cared and answered all question it was also nice that they take time to show u what is also wrong with ur car so u know it's not some kind of scam

Josh gave me some good advise and helped contact a third party for a very needed repair on one of my wheels, something other "tire" stores did not do. After the wheel repair they fixed my flat tire and the mounting at no extra cost. Josh and his crew went out of their way to help a customer in need, what can I say, I recommend their business any time.

All the employees working were very welcoming, helpful, very informative, and very kind. I will always and forever bring my vehicle to Big O's for those reasons. Keep up the great job.

I have always received great service at this Big O. The customer service reps are always friendly and explain the services being scheduled in advance. i was a little disappointed this time, because my appointment was before the popcorn was made. Thanks for the TV in the waiting area.

They did not greet me at the car but when I went inside they were able to fix my flat tire while I waited. We done and back on the road in 30 minute.

My husband, daughter, and I have been customers of Big O since they opened on Pacific Avenue here in Yuma. The employees know my name and are always pleasant. Josh and several others have been extremely helpful with providing me with information about service for my vehicles. I always considered vehicles as "mens' jobs.' I now have to be responsible because my husband has passed away. I can always ask questions and get the best service around. Big O on Pacific is the "BEST."�

My wife and I had to make an emergency trip out of town and it was late in the day , we came into the shop and the tires we wanted were at the other store . not only did they go get them at that time but also had them on my car super fast .. thank you for the great service and you will continue to have it in the future .

I just want to thank the staff at my local store on Pacific Ave. in Yuma Az. I went in today to have a tire repaired on a car I just bought for my granddaughter. Not only did they fix the flat(no charge), but they checked the other tires for wear and pressure and verified that the brakes were safe and in good condition. I've been going to Big-O for years because of this level of care and service. I'm very grateful for everything they've done for me, but most of all, it's what they do "above and beyond" the call of duty that I appreciate. It's also nice to have someone know your name and greet you with a smile when you walk in. In a world where not much seems personal anymore, it's nice to know there's still people that will go the extra mile to make you feel special. I would especially like to thank Rick, Corinna and Tammy for their dedication to the customers and creating the fun and friendly atmosphere we all enjoy when we're there. You are the best! The men and women that work here are all very friendly. They do take care of you and if they can't help you they can usually refer you to someone who can. I will stay a big O customer as long as these guys remain honest and caring.
