Great people and always really helpful

A HUGE thank you to all the guys working March 8th at around 1:30pm. My regret is not getting the gentleman's name at the front counter. We came in to buy 4 new tires, and told them we would be back Saturday to have them installed. I was asked if we were in a hurry that day and I replied I had an appointment at 3:00. He said, "no problem, I can get you out way before then."� AND HE DID! Thanks to him, Richy and Joe for the quickest tire install ever. I was so thankful. It just reminds me why I always come back here. Great guys and service.

Very pleased with the staff, really professional.

Everyone was very professional and friendly starting with my call in for an appointment and through the entire process. I was informed of different services, but wasn't pressured in any way to get them. My brakes are working great and my A.C. is running much cooler. I will be a repeat customer!

I purchased 4 new tires, there was a promotion. Braulio was so helpful, and was recommended by my brother in-law. I applied for the BigO Tires credit card with 6 months 0%APR.

Well , my baby a 2007 Dodge 3500 , got the notorious , Dodge power wobble on the way down from Canada . Louis and his crew informed me no " biggy " , no biggy , well big biggy to me . They checked alignment , wheel balance and a few other things , no not this , and so far as they could not identify the issue , no charge . OK , but problem not solved , Louis told me , we fix we charge , and we let you know before hand , what the issue is and what the charge is . Mmmm , starting to like this so far , but Louis we just got into Yuma , AND , we need to get back to Canada , honestly , Louis , says we think it is the stabilizer bar ( hope I got that right ) , Louis says , if it ain,t right , no charge , they change it out , he shows me the old bar , it has cracks around where the ball joint,s goes , if there is a problem , bring her back and we will fix , refund or do what ever , every one is a friend here . I am really starting to like this guy , well almost at the end of the story , then I notice ( wish I had taken a picture ) ,a U.S.M.C. radar unit truck ( it was BIG ) , getting a make over on the suspension , I knew I was in good hands . Dub did an extraordinary job of letting me know what my Nitro needed and made arrangements for me to be taken back to work and picked up twice!. He got my oil changed and ordered my tire replacement. He also looked into my tire warranty so that I'd only need to pay approximately $25.00 for the tire to be replaced. Kudos to Dub and his staff!!

The gentlemen that helped me at the desk was great

We were on our way from Tucson to San Diego over the MLK Holiday weekend when we experienced a blowout of a rear tire 20 miles West outside Yuma. The tire was totally gone! After changing it to the spare we turned back to Yuma and found Big O Tires Online and nursed our car to their location. The office folk were very knowledgeable and professional and helped us very nicely! Since we were leasing our car and have only 12 mos left on the lease, we had decided not to keep the existing 3 tires on the vehicle, due to the fact of concern that what had happened may happen again. And there were obvious safety concerns too. So, we asked the desk to provide us with 4 new tires and do an alignment, all of which took about 90 mins. Then we were on our way to San Diego. Our trip back to Tucson went without incident as well. So we thank the folks at Big O Tires in Yuma for being there for us and giving us the peace of mind over our trip. Thanks guys,

Sorry I failed by 1yr providing this review. Last year Big O, tires Jason the manager worked fervently to get air bags under my RV. Since I was traveling I soon forgot to credit their outstanding customer service and maintenance on my RV. I live in Kansas and since I'm in the area I will return to Big O for a disk brake job for my RV. I highly recommend Big O tires for anyone needing their vehicle serviced. You won't leave disappointed.

I went in with a flat tire on my way home from cali, and I was out of there in less than an hour! Very pleased with this shop! Everyone was very nice and got me out of there as fast as they could!
