Victor did great job

Has my first service with BIG-O after arriving in Yuma this past November. My second service was late March prior to our returning to Canada. Nothing found during the inspection and we arrived safely home at the end of March. The snow on the mountains didn't effect us at. My Dodge Journey performed well in the rai / snow & slush.

We've been using Big O for years, always very satisfied. My appointment was at 9am and I arrived at 8:15 am as I was told when I made the appointment that if I arrived at 8:00am they could start right away. I was greeted right away & checked in upon arrival at 8:15. However, they didn't start work on the vehicle until 10:15 a.m. And they said it would be around 3 hours before finished. Due to the 2-hour wait already I accepted the ride. The vehicle work wasn't completed until 3:30 p.m. When I picked up the vehicle, the gentlement was extremely professional and courteous, apologized for the delay and shared he had some problem with one of the mechanics. I thanked him for that information, and stated that I had wondered since my appointment was at 9:00 a.m. I appreciated his candor.

Lopez handled our account. He was very informative and kept us in the loop the whole time. Then when the vehicle was finished, he went over the details and we were grateful.

I had a good experience. I appreciate the employee letting me know about the cracks in my tires, which would be needing replaced. Especially the back two tires. There was no pressure from Big O to buy tires that day. Due to your buy 3 get 1 free tire is a big reason I bought all 4 tires that day.

I purchased my tires for my 2008 SMART car from the store in the foothills. I got a nail in my tire. SMART cars do not have spare tires, they literally have a can of Fix-A-Flat under the front floor mat. I put a little fix a flat in the tire and then aired it up with my home compressor and drove as fast as I could to the foothills store for repair. I waited for over and hour only to be told that since I had put Fix-A-Flat in the tire it was not fixable. They said my only option was to purchase a new tire... which they did not have in stock. I asked them to air up the tire so I could get to work in town. Again, I drove as fast as I could to my office, Keller Williams 2553 E 24th St. After about an hour my tire was flat. I called AAA for a tow as I get 5 free miles and since I was at work I was close enough for the free tow. I called the town store and told them my car was en route. I told them the story about the foothills store and they said your foothills guy was WRONG! Holy frustrating, annoying, tedious, bothersome and annoying ... yeah, annoying twice! :-) Anyway, your town store fixed me up and was nice as could be! Very pleased with the service and the speed. It was so crazy busy but they managed to get me in and taken care of with a smile. Just thought you should know. PS The tire is still fine!
