I had a warning message about Servicing the Battery Service System. I had an appointment I had to make and was pressed for time. The diagnosis of the problem did not take long. I was thrilled that a new, replacement battery was in stock and it did not take long to put in. I was able to keep my appointment. I was disappointed, however, to see that AMEX cards were no longer accepted at Big O. I was lucky I had another credit card with me, because AMEX is my main card of choice.

They fixed my flat and aired my spare.

We were so grateful for our experience here. We got in right away and the guys at the front were beyond helpful and kind. I could not have had a better experience and I feel happy knowing my car is ready for a cross country trip!

Excellent. Was a good experience

I went in for an oil change appointment and asked if the tires could be checked. I appreciated the explanation of the status of the tires. (Still not real sure about tire wear.) I also appreciated that I was advised to replace only two tires, instead of the young man trying to up sell me to four tires. Thank you, thank you. Thanks also for the ride home and back to Big O to pick up my truck. Driver was extremely nice and great to talk with.

I was looking for a place to do an oil change, i called and they took me in even though I was going in at 4:40 pm. BRAULIO gave me excellent customer service. He informed me of everything that was been done to my car and what I needed. He even gave me information regarding my tires and when your store has sales. I belong to a club of cuponers and I posted my my experience and your oil change price. It was LIKED by close to a hundred members. I give your team a HIGH FIVE FOR SERVICE AND PRICE. I come to Big-O in Yuma for everything. The staff is very friendly and are knowledgeable and they make sure that I leave happy. The thing I like most is that I don't feel like they are trying to sell me services I don't need. I trust the team that works there and will continue to bring my vehicles in. Thank you

Great Service always friendly and helpful

Braulio is a great worker and salesman, but more than that he knows how to establish a relationship with his customers and you don't see that too often these days. There was a long wait, but Braulio made the experience way better when he offered me popcorn! Other than that his co-worker that works next to him is also a very pleasant guy! Good job BIG O TIRES on hiring someone like Braulio, he is a leader and someone to be followed as an example.
