I had a good experience. I appreciate the employee letting me know about the cracks in my tires, which would be needing replaced. Especially the back two tires. There was no pressure from Big O to buy tires that day. Due to your buy 3 get 1 free tire is a big reason I bought all 4 tires that day.

They did great, quick service at a very low price. I was quite impressed.

Very courteous staff ,as usual and extra waiting area perks-- coffee, popcorn , cold water,charging station, etc.

I purchased my tires for my 2008 SMART car from the store in the foothills. I got a nail in my tire. SMART cars do not have spare tires, they literally have a can of Fix-A-Flat under the front floor mat. I put a little fix a flat in the tire and then aired it up with my home compressor and drove as fast as I could to the foothills store for repair. I waited for over and hour only to be told that since I had put Fix-A-Flat in the tire it was not fixable. They said my only option was to purchase a new tire... which they did not have in stock. I asked them to air up the tire so I could get to work in town. Again, I drove as fast as I could to my office, Keller Williams 2553 E 24th St. After about an hour my tire was flat. I called AAA for a tow as I get 5 free miles and since I was at work I was close enough for the free tow. I called the town store and told them my car was en route. I told them the story about the foothills store and they said your foothills guy was WRONG! Holy frustrating, annoying, tedious, bothersome and annoying ... yeah, annoying twice! :-) Anyway, your town store fixed me up and was nice as could be! Very pleased with the service and the speed. It was so crazy busy but they managed to get me in and taken care of with a smile. Just thought you should know. PS The tire is still fine!

They got me right in, with a complimentary tire rotation with my oil change, awesome!

They did a great job on getting us new tires.

I have always been impressed with the customer service at Big O tires, there are somethings in particular that stand out. The phone charging station is a great idea, free popcorn and water and coffee was much appreciated, the washer was clean and my wife was surprised by the inclusion of art and plants in the restroom. The staff was all courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend they go to anyone.

Had to wait about an hour until my Xterra moved to the head of the line, but once it was in the service bay, the entire service (complete with tire dressing) was completed in only 45 minutes. The lug nuts lock was also put back right where I keep it when the service tech was finished.
