The guys at the counter was very friendly, and knowledgeable about price and the tires I was getting. The tech that pulled my car out forgot the ticket folder in the passenger seat, and I ran that back in for them. I think that was the only thing that went wrong, and that was very minor so keep up the great work!!!

Great customer service

I purchased my Cadillac used and it had custom wheels and tires, great! But it has been a never ending mess trying to get shops to deal with larger wheels and tire sizes. Wal-Mart wont touch them, all other local shops wont touch them bc for warranty issues they cant since its not the size that comes OEM on the car, which I understand to an extent. Found Big-O tires and on the first visit dealt with Kurt. Great guy, laid back, made some small talk, cracked a joke or two and really just made me feel at home. They always answer the phone, tell me to come in whenever I want and literally get me helped within 30 seconds of showing up, first visit they replaced a horrible tire problem I had and rebalanced the wheel, drove like a dream. Second visit I spoke with Brandon on the phone then again Kurt and Brandon in person when I arrived. This time I was getting 2 new fronts put on, and asked them to check a few things. They called me back soon and explained to me how off my alignment was and that is why I was having tire issues. They aligned my car, put 2 new tires on, reset my TPS light, and cleaned the INSIDE OF MY CHROME WHEELS FOR ME. Which chrome tends to flake off and get loose, and that small small small gap of exposed metal with no chrome will leak air, so they took the tires off, cleaned my wheels (the INSIDE mind you) at no charge, and applied bead seal. Got me back on the road in a few hours and the car literally drives better then it did when I got it used from the dealer. A+ and I even asked them how recently they opened since I have never had such good service locally in a few years. They opened in June 2017 and I have only gone there since my first vist and will continue to go there well into the future. Also for 2 new tires (very large street tires) and an alignment, hell it was $200 LESS then I thought it would be. They dont price gouge here, they do honest good work for a fair cost. You wont be sorry.

Chris The manager was an awesome employee help me out a lot in the worker Keegan did an excellent job and let me watch what he was doing and showed me a little bit. Everybody in there was just super nice and awesome to be around. I enjoyed having my vehicle fix there.

I was traveling to Oklahoma from visiting family. I had to stop to get my tires checked due to a notice on my car. It was VERY windy and cold and I was traveling alone. I was somewhat anxious to start out until I had them checked. The technician that helped me, Kiegan was a young man that was so kind, considerate and helpful. It was so refreshing to see such a wonderful attitude and service from a young man like this. Definitely made me want to share.

A gentleman helped me out when I was in a bind. My lawnmower tire had popped, so he installed a tube I bought for me. I know he didn't have to help me out and it wasn't something you all were going to make a lot of money off of me for ... but it literally saved me so much time/frustration/hassle I am very grateful. I will come back when I need tires. Thank you!
