Big O Tires

Everything was great.

They were nice and they told me about an hour for 4 tires I purchased to be mounted. They completed that in that hour time frame they gave.

Everyone here is very friendly and polite! They got all the work that I needed on my car done super fast and I haven't had any issues! Highly recommended!

Zach Johnson helped me during this particular visit. I had called before I showed up to explain that I had bought tires from the Bentonville location but had a flat that needed repaired so I was asking about using my warranty. He was very friendly and told me to just bring my car on in and they would take care of it. When I walked in, Zach immediately knew who I was and was prompt in assisting me. Me and my friend that came in that day are quite the jokesters and we were giving Zach a hard time all in the name of fun but he was such a good sport about it, lol. The store was kind of busy when we arrived so I left my car there but it still didn't take that long before someone called to let me know my car was ready. The man that was in the store with Zach when I came to get the car was also very friendly but I can't think of his name. I do believe he was a manager, though. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and although I live in Rogers I would consider coming back to this location again for future services :)

I came right after grocery shopping and realized that I needed a tire 🙃 Staff put my groceries in their refrigerator and accommodated my husband and dog!

Excellent experience across the board. My appointment was at 9 a.m. and my vehicle was being taken in by 9:05. All four tires were mounted and the vehicle ready by 10:30. I will be back.

With the exception of added soda and snake machines. I would not change anything about this store. Very friendly and helpful staff and technicians. Everyone is ready to go the next step to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will be back soon.

We had screw in one of our tires so it was ruined they had to put a new tire on which didn't take but a jiffy at what i thought was a fair price,i'll go back when i need another tire

Tires had be ordered and the salesman had the tires at the shop on time as he said.

I just moved up here and I was looking for a place who compared to my previous vehicle maintenance place. Big O tires will defintly be the only place receiving my business for my vehicle from here on out, and my families. They went above and beyond my expectations.

I walked in and they asked if I needed any help. I said yes I need 2 new tires. They asked what size and I wasn’t sure so we went out and checked. Very easy process. I was informed my front tires were in need of a change as well. The person who helped me out informed me of a buy 3 get 1 free deal on cooper tires so we went with that. I also got an alignment. All was good!
