Big O Tires

I came into your store on Friday at about 4:45 to get an alignment done. The guy at the counter was very rude. He told me "No f-n way" "I cant do it" . There was nobody there to perform an alignment. That to me is not very good customer service, or any way to talk to anybody. He thinks he knows me, but he still should not talk to any prospective customer like that. That is not the first time I have been talked to like that at this location. There was not even a manager there that I could talk to about the way I was treated. I have known people that worked there previously, what ever happened to Kurt? He was good there. Should not have let him get away.

This shop is my go-to car maintenance place now. We were quoted a 3-day wait for a crucial repair needed at the shop down the street. We can't go without a vehicle for 3 days. We took it to Big O for a second opinion. Big O was clean and inviting, the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and trustworthy. Big O was able to diagnose the problem, quoted a significantly lower price tag, and got it done that day!! I will never go back to that other popular place that has been in business down the street for forever. I'm spreading the good word about Big O. They're awesome!! <3

I won't be back. I had work previously done. They told me it what needed to be done. I am still paying dearly for what it cost. Shortly after that it started the same thing. That wasn't the problem but it cost me dearly. Went back for simple oil change, extremely rude and arrogant. Since then I've talked to other people with like experience.

Good service. My pickup was in and out of the shop quickly with new tires. Shop was clean. All employs were friendly and knowledgeable.

My car blew a cooling hose while I was just a few blocks from the Big O shop. I limped my car across the street, the team jumped right on diagnosing and working to resolve my cars issues. They were great, great communication as to what they found and had me back on the road in no time. Big O does it all, not just tires glad they are there.

blew tire on travel trailer on interstate wife called and found tire. person she talked to told us they close at 6pm. I arrived 10 till 6 they put new tire on rim and was out by 6pm. great job. thanks so much.

Found and corrected an ongoing problem with tire. Replaced tire and I only paid tax since tire under warranty ... thank u

Everything was perfectly done: quick, complete and committed to my experience. Sometimes you take excellent service as a simple expectation, but in fact, these folks are just that way all the time. There is a pride level in that store that was really nice to see.

I showed up at the door as they were closing, I thought they closed at 7, I was wrong. LOL but they put 2 new tires on for me anyway. I was leaving the next morning for a trip to South Dakota. I could not be happier with the tires, and the service I received. I will be a forever customer. Thank you for opening a shop in Fayetteville Ar. Now I can get Quality tires that don't continually bust belts and/or the side walls rip apart within the first couple months of use. Just cant express how happy I am.
